What is the Order on WhatsApp feature, and how can I enable it?

Order on WhatsApp lets customers contact you to place an order through WhatsApp from your store.

Both steps below are required to display the button on your product page:

1. Add the app block in your theme: Go to Shopify admin → Online Store → Themes → Customize. Open your product page template, click Add block, and select the Order on WhatsApp app block. Position it where you want the button to appear, then click Save.
2. Enable the feature in Whatsy: Open Order on WhatsApp and turn on the toggle at the top.

You can customize the button’s text, colors, and shape from the feature settings in Whatsy. You can also personalize the WhatsApp message using Shortcodes to include details such as the product title, total price, and page link.
