How do I send Cash on Delivery (COD) confirmation messages through Whatsy?

Whatsy lets you manually send WhatsApp messages to customers to confirm their Cash on Delivery orders.

1. Open COD Confirmation in Whatsy to view your COD orders.
2. Click Edit message to personalize your message. You can include the customer’s first name, store name, order number, total, order summary, and order link. Click Save when finished.
3. Click Send message beside an order to contact the customer through WhatsApp.

The Message Status dashboard lets you check whether a message has been sent or not. Please note: A customer phone number is required. If an order shows No phone number, you won’t be able to send a WhatsApp message for that order.
