Wheelify offers two pricing options, allowing you to choose the plan that best fits your business.

1. Starter (Free) Plan – Perfect for merchants who want to get started without a monthly subscription.
2. Fixed Monthly Plans – Designed for merchants who prefer predictable pricing with unlimited usage. These plans are recommended based on your Shopify subscription.

Option 1: Starter (Free) Plan

The Starter Plan is free to install and includes all the essential features you need to start collecting leads and converting visitors.

Free Wheel Impression Allowance

The Starter Plan includes 300 free Wheel Impressions every month.
A Wheel Impression is counted each time your Spin Wheel is displayed to a visitor, whether it's shown as a pop-up or embedded on your store.
If your store exceeds 300 Wheel Impressions during a billing month, usage-based charges will automatically apply according to the pricing scale below.

Example: If your wheel is displayed 900 times during a billing month, you'll be charged $9.99. If it is displayed 300 times or fewer, there is no charge. The scale is given under the Payment Plan tab.

Option 2: Fixed Monthly Plans (No Usage Charges)

If you prefer a fixed monthly subscription, you can subscribe to one of our paid plans.

Fixed plans are categorized according to your Shopify subscription (Basic, Grow, Advanced, or Shopify Plus). You can either continue using the Starter Plan or subscribe to the plan recommended for your Shopify store.

Which Plan Should I Choose?

Choose the Starter Plan if:

• You're getting started with Wheelify.
• Your store receives 300 or fewer Wheel Impressions per month.
• You'd like to start for free and only pay if your wheel impressions grow.

Choose a Fixed Plan if:

• You want a fixed monthly bill.
• Your wheel regularly exceeds 300 impressions per month.
• You want Unlimited Wheel Impressions.
• You never want to worry about usage-based charges as your traffic grows.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why was I charged on the Starter Plan?

The Starter Plan is free for the first 300 Wheel Impressions each month. If your wheel is displayed more than 300 times during a billing month, usage-based charges are applied according to the pricing scale.

Can I continue using the Starter Plan forever?

Yes. You can continue using the Starter Plan for as long as you'd like. However, if your monthly Wheel Impressions exceed 300, usage-based charges will apply.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. You can switch from the Starter Plan to any Fixed Plan at any time.

Do Fixed Plans have Wheel Impression limits?

No. All Fixed Plans include:

• Unlimited Wheel Impressions
• Unlimited Campaigns
• All Wheelify Features

This means you'll pay the same monthly subscription regardless of how many times your wheel is displayed.
