How do I select a theme for my sales notification popup?
**Sales Notifications **is the first ever module of **Sales Pop Up **app where you can display a pop up at your storefront, letting your customers know that they are missing out.
To select a theme for the sales notification popup, find the steps below:
- Go to the Popup Theme section in the Popup Content.
Here, you can customize the theme of your popup notification on the **Basic **or **Custom **part.


- For ready-made popups, click on the **Festive **where you can select relevant popup themes like Christmas, Halloween, and many more.

Can I change the content displayed in the popup notification?
Yes, you can write and customize the content shown on your popup notification in the **Popup Content **section.
- Here you can see built-in variables which you can select for the content.
*Write clear, concise messages that create urgency or highlight recent purchases work best.
- Select here to translate the time units into any preferred language.

- After selecting, a pop up will appear where you can enter the translated text for the respective time units.
- By clicking "Save Changes," the pop up timer will display in your selected language.
n I style and position the popup notification in my store?
- In the Style and Position section, you can adjust the placement and design of the popup according to your preferences.

- After the customization of the popup notification, you can preview it on the right side of the screen. This option allows you to see how the popup will look on your storefront.

Can I control the time delay of the sales notification popups in my store?
Yes, you can set and control the time of notification popups In **Display Settings. **Please find the steps below:

- the **Initial delay **section, you can set the time of when you want to start showing the notification popup when someone visits your store in the first place.
- Next, **Display duration **allows you to set the timer of each notification popup that shows how long you want to keep them on the screen at a time.
- Afterwards, **Delay between notifications **helps to set the time delay between 2 notification popups.
- Lastly, **Notifications per page **is an option where you can set the number of popups you want to display on each page of your store.
- There are other options where you can randomize the delay or you can show the notifications randomly if you do not want to customize according to your preferences.
- Randomize delay will allow the popup to appear with random delay.
- By selecting Show notifications only, the pop-ups will appear in random order instead of last in first out

Can I show notifications on specific products pages in my store?
Sales Notification module allows a user to show notifications on specific product pages in your store. You can view and set this feature in the **Settings **section.
- Here at Notifications Display On, you can check or uncheck the specific product pages where notifications will and will not be displayed.
is, there are further two options for the user to manage their sales notifications on product pages.
- The first option allows you to display notifications in the relevant category. For example, if your store offers multiple product types like cosmetics and toys, sales notifications for cosmetics will only appear on cosmetic product pages.

- The second option lets you show notifications on custom pages. You can select your desired store page and add its link by clicking on Manage Page.

Can I block notifications for certain products or categories?
Below Notification Display On, you can see the **Block Notifications Of **section. Here you can hide popups for specific products or categories which you do not want to display in your store.

What are Advanced Settings for popup notifications?
The **Advanced Settings **section in the **Sales Notifications **module has further four options which you can check or uncheck according to your preferences.
- You can disable the popups on the cart page, which means that there will be no notification popups on the cart page after your customer has placed an order to cart.
You can also remove the **CareCart **branding which appears below the notification popup if you want.

- You can hide the close button above the notification popup. This way, your customers will not be able to close the popup while exploring your store.
*We suggest you keep the close button on your notification popups for a better user experience.
- The last one is the UTM code. A UTM code is a tracking parameter added to URLs to monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Enable UTM codes to track in-depth store analytics through your selected Sales Pop module.

How do I know if a notification is currently active or hidden?
To activate/deactivate the notification popups, follow the steps below:
- Go to the **All Notification **section of the module.
- Here you will see all your products along with their status including display as activated or deactivated, and also their date of creation.
- Click on the “Deactivated” button. The notification popup will enable the selected product on your storefront.
- The status will then show "Activated" when enabled. To deactivate, click on the same button. Each notification in the list will display an indicator showing whether it's active or hidden.
