# How do I send Cash on Delivery (COD) confirmation messages through Whatsy?

**How do I send Cash on Delivery (COD) confirmation messages through Whatsy?**

Whatsy lets you manually send WhatsApp messages to customers to confirm their Cash on Delivery orders.

1. Open **COD Confirmation** in Whatsy to view your COD orders.
2. Click **Edit message** to personalize your message. You can include the customer’s first name, store name, order number, total, order summary, and order link. Click **Save** when finished.
3. Click **Send message** beside an order to contact the customer through WhatsApp.

The **Message Status dashboard** lets you check whether a message has been sent or not. **Please note:** A customer phone number is required. If an order shows **No phone number**, you won’t be able to send a WhatsApp message for that order.
