Coupon Codes Setup Guideline
How to create a coupon code?
You can create coupon codes either from your Shopify admin or directly within the app — all codes originate from Shopify.
If you’d like to use the Unique Codes feature, you’ll need to create those codes from the app side.
Here’s the step-by-step guideline on how to create both Master Codes and Unique Codes within the app.
- You can create a coupon code on the “Theme” section for each campaign that your customers can avail discount from.
- Simply click on “Create Coupon” to make your own coupon code.

- A pop up will appear with two options “Master Coupon” and “Unique Coupon”. You can create the coupon for your store accordingly.

What is the difference between a Master Coupon and Unique Coupon?
Users can set up a “Master Coupon” that all customers can use once after signing up with their email. Follow these steps to create it:
- In the “Themes” section, click “Create Coupon.”

- A pop-up will appear with the “Master Coupon” tab at the top left. Here, create your discount code.

- Select the discount type: either “Fixed Amount” or “Percentage.”

- Enter the discount value based on your selected discount type.

For a “Unique Coupon,” which is specific to individual customers, follow these steps:
- On the pop-up, switch to the “Unique Coupon” tab at the top right.

- Set a discount code prefix, which will remain the same for all unique codes.
- Select the discount type: “Free Shipping,” “Fixed Amount,” or “Percentage.”

- Optionally, set a schedule for the coupon to suit your preferences.

Note: **In the “Master Coupon**,” a customer can use someone else’s code to claim a discount. However, the “Unique Coupon” is tied to a specific customer and cannot be used by anyone else.
