Visitor Counter

Trafficly - Visitors Counter is a free app by CareCart, in which you can establish social proof in your online store, to let your customers know that they are not alone shopping here. This app helps to boost credibility of your Shopify store and encourages your customers to buy from here. You can simply install **Trafficly **on Shopify store and can use it directly in your Shopify admin account. 

What is the difference between Live Visitors **and **All Visitors?

The Live Visitors option displays the number of users currently browsing your store in real time. On the other hand, All Visitors shows a cumulative count of visitors who have accessed your store since a specific time frame. You can set this duration in the Visitor Counter Settings section according to your preference.

How can I customize the look and feel of the visitor counter in my store?

To customize the look and feel of the visitor counter, here are the steps you need to follow:

1. Go to **Content Settings **to customize the visitor counter. 

Select whether you want to display the visitor counter **through **Live Visitors **or **All Visitors.

Then in the Theme **section, choose the default light and dark settings of the **visitor counter **in the **Basic mode.

1. To customize the visitor counter, go to **Custom **mode and select the color configurations of the **visitor counter **to match your store’s theme. 

1. Select from pre-set text variables, such as the number of visitors (which is automatically tracked on your Shopify store).

Note: The visitor count displayed on the storefront is based on the actual number of visitors tracked on the store.

1. Next, adjust the text font, style, and alignment based on your preferences.
2. Choose from available icons, such as the “eye” icon, to display alongside the text.

1. In the Visitor Counter Settings section, choose to display the visitor counter either on individual product pages or across the entire store. If you select Products, the counter will show the number of visits specific to each product. Choosing Store will display the total number of visits across your entire store.

1. Lastly, choose the style of the visitor counter,i.e. Flat or Capsule.

Where exactly will the visitor counter be displayed on my storefront?

The visitor counter will be displayed on the storefront above “Add to Cart” by selecting the option in the Content Settings:

Can I choose which product pages show the visitor counter?

Yes, with the following steps, you can choose to show **visitor counter **on specific product pages:

1. Go to the **Visitor Counter List **section.
2. Select the desired product to activate/deactivate the visitor counter.

change the visitor number display?

You cannot change the visitor number display as the visitor count displayed on the storefront is based on the actual number of visitors tracked on the store.
